Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is your minimum order?
A: For screen printing the minimum order is 25 pieces. There is no minimum order for embroidery orders.
Q: How quickly can i get my order once it has been placed?
A: Our normal turn-around time is 10 business days. Depending on our print schedule, we do offer rush service. Rush orders incur a 15% charge.
Q: I have a logo i want to have printed. What is the best way to get it to you?
A: The best way for you to provide your artwork is in a digital format. We can work from drawings and hard-copy "camera ready" artwork, but it is usually more work intensive, and so it creates additional cost for you.
If you are providing us with digital art, whether via email or disc, please ensure it meets the following requirements
- Your artwork needs to be 300 pixels per inch or better
- We use adobe illustrator and adobe photoshop to generate/prepare artwork for production. If you are providing your artwork in either of these formats, please keep all layers intact. Also, any fonts used in your design should be included with your artwork files. If that is not possible, please convert all text to outlines.
- Compressed/lossy formats are also acceptable. Jpegs are preferred. Again, artwork needs to be no less than 300 pixels per inch. Any artwork submitted as a Word document or a PowerPoint file will incur a $50.00 minimum charge.
